Return Process

  Log into your Tip Top account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with their original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
